Brief
Design and produce the fourth Annual Report. As with
many annual reports, the budget is low, and expectations
are high! The print run is only 1500, so costs must
be contained.
Solution
The annual report is an important public relations and
marketing tool, so it must reflect the CRC’s activities
and professionalism. Innovative photography is called
for – most laboratories look very similar. Close
ups of scientists at work give a personal approach,
and demonstrate the CRC’s considerable achievements.
Warm colours, well-proportioned design, and close attention
to high printing quality on good stocks achieves big
impact for minimum cost.
